Partner and Director of the Labor Department

Jessica Lineth Rodríguez is a Founding Partner of FUNG ABOGADOS, S.C. and is part of the firm’s Labor Department. She specializes in Labor Law, with solid experience in labor judicial processes, administrative procedures before the Ministry of Labor and Workforce Development (MITRADEL), the Social Security Fund (CSS), and other government entities.

Her extensive experience has allowed her to develop skills throughout the entire line of employment relationship management, including hiring, personnel administration, and termination processes, as well as labor regulatory compliance, audits, and conflict prevention strategies.

She graduated from Universidad del Istmo, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science (2016). She complemented her education with a Diploma in Labor Law from Universidad Latina de Panamá (2019).

Her practical approach, preventive vision, and knowledge of the Panamanian labor legal framework make her a fundamental part of the firm’s legal team.
