Jessica Lineth Rodríguez is a Founding Partner of FUNG ABOGADOS S.C. and currently serves as Director of the firm’s Labor Law Department. She is a labor law specialist with solid experience in labor litigation, administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and Workforce Development (MITRADEL), the Social Security Fund (CSS), and other government entities.
Her extensive experience has enabled her to develop strong capabilities across the entire employment relationship management spectrum, including recruitment, personnel administration, termination processes, regulatory compliance, labor audits, and conflict prevention strategies.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Isthmus of Panama (2016), and later completed a Diploma in Labor Law at the Latin University of Panama (2019).
Her practical approach, preventive perspective, and thorough knowledge of Panama’s labor legal framework make her an essential member of the firm’s legal team.
