Cindy Vanessa Baca Palma serves as Director of the firm’s Corporate Law Department. She specializes in regulatory compliance, compliance management, and the prevention of legal and financial risks, with a strong background in corporate and regulatory environments.
She has supported complex processes involving the incorporation of properties under the horizontal property regime, as well as the formation of corporations and private interest foundations. Her work includes dissolution procedures, mergers, drafting of bylaws, corporate resolutions, issuance of shares, and foundation charters—actively participating in every stage of the corporate lifecycle. She also has experience in trademark registration, immigration matters, and administrative procedures before both public and private entities.
She earned her Law Degree from Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB) in Caracas in 2007. She later specialized in International Business and Marketing at Santa María La Antigua Catholic University (USMA) in 2010, and completed a Diploma in Prevention and Risk Analysis of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing at the Latin University of Panama in 2019.
Her organizational skills, technical expertise, and understanding of the regulatory environment enable her to provide valuable support in the effective management of the firm’s commercial and corporate matters.
